V. Processing of personal data when using our website for informational purposes

(1) If you visit our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information ("informational use"), we only collect the personal data that your web browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to enable you to view our website and to ensure it's stability and security: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, website content, access status (HTTP status), amount of data transferred website request, web browser, operating system, language and version of the browser.

(2) We also have a contact form on our website which you can use to contact us. The data you enter in the input form will be transmitted to us and stored: salutation, first name, surname, e-mail address, address.

IX. Use of online job portals

(1) We also publish our job advertisements on the online job portal StepStone (StepStone Deutschland GmbH, Völklinger Straße 1, 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany,

(2) We intergrate both our vacancies and vacancies from other employers in Rostock and the surrounding area into our website via StepStone. X. Online Booking Offers

(1) We process personal data of our customers in order to enable them the selection and purchase of selected services, e.g. booking of guided city tours or the purchase of vouchers. This also includes their payment and shipment. If necessary for the processing of an order, we use service providers, in particular for eCommerce (Bookingkit) and mailing, forwarding and shipping, in order to complete the delivery/delivery to our customers. For the processing of payment transactions, we use the services of banks and payment service providers. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card-related information, solely information with confirmation or negative information of the payment. XI. HERE WeGo Privacy Policy

(1) We use the HERE WeGo software application by the Dutch company HERE Global B.V (Kennedyplein 222 -226, 5611 ZT Eindhoven, Netherlands) on our website.
This application enables geographical data to be displayed visually for you. When using this service, your personal data may also be stored and processed.

(3) HERE WeGo provides functions which enable you to find addresses and locations on a map directly via our website, as well as a wide range of related information. For instance, HERE WeGo allows you to determine your current geographical position. The navigation assists you in finding the best way to your destination. If you want, you can also use HERE WeGo to log where you have been and share your locations on social media channels. However, some of these features require you to create an account with Here WeGo.

We have integrated the functions of the cartographic service HERE WeGo into our website so that you can directly access the maps of this provider. As a result, personal data such as your IP address is also transmitted and stored.

(8) As a matter of principle, HERE only attempts to collect and store personal data which is required for the purpose of the service. This data is also only stored as long as it is necessary for the intended purpose. The length of storage will depend on the nature of the personal data. Data about your user activity with HERE WeGo is normally only kept for a short time and then anonymised or pseudonymised. Precise details on the length of time are not disclosed. XII. DoubleClick

We use "DoubleClick" on our website, an online marketing tool provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Irland (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). DoubleClick uses, among other things, cookies, i.e., small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your terminal device. We use "Google Ads" (formerly Google AdWords) on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google Ads enables us to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising media on external websites.
