Dear guests, welcome to the seaside resort of Warnemünde!
On this page, we would like to provide you with exact information about the visitor tax, which is payable in the Rostock seaside resort areas (as in all other German spa and health resorts).
If you have decided on a holiday in the seaside resorts of Diedrichshagen, Warnemünde, Hohe Düne or Markgrafenheide, you will receive your visitory card from your landlord on arrival.
The amount of visitors tax is calculated daily, for the duration of your stay. The days of arrival and departure are combined and count as one day. Children up to 16 years do not pay any visitors tax. The discounts apply to school pupils, trainees, students (until the age of 27) and severely disabled people. Guests who visit the seaside resort with their camper or caravan also have to pay visitors tax. The specific regulations are to be found in the current complete statute of visitors tax in the Tourist information office, Am Strom 59/entrance Kirchenstraße, 18119 Rostock-Warnemünde.
