The trampoline and action arena FLIP & FLY Rostock offers a lot to experience for young and old on more than 3000 sqm: Trampolines as far as the eye can see - or even the feet jump! But FLIP & FLY stands for more than just trampolines: You can test your endurance and skill on the Ninja Warrior course or in the contest of forces at the "Battle Beam" and the "Power Tower". Or have you always wanted to know what it's like to land in a huge pillow? Then jump into the airbag of 2 different trampolines and land in the softer alternative to conventional foam pits. The Dodgeball Arena, on the other hand, as a classic two-field ball arena, offers a unique combination of fun and sport for all ages and fitness levels.

Spectators pay no admission fee and can still experience the unique FLIP & FLY atmosphere with good music. Paired with a delicious coffee or snacks, even watching the game in the cosy lounge area is fun.
