Villa Fortuna

Villa Fortuna is located in the Parkstraße on the opposite side of the Stephan-Jantzen-Park. You walk through the park in approx. two minutes to the beach and the spacious promenade. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The holiday home as a separate unit is located on the property. It has its own place with garden furniture for sunbathing directly in front of the building.

Behind the house you will find a parking space for your car and two bicycle stands for your bicycles during your stay. The apartment house is used for holiday guests and for permanent living.

The promenade leads you along the Hotel Neptun to the lighthouse and the teapot. The famous promenade "Alter Strom" with its boutiques, restaurants and cafés starts at the height of the lighthouse along the old Warnow river. The wide sandy beach offers a lot of space, beach chairs and a nice beach bar during the season. Guests with dogs walk to the dog beach (beach access 32 to 33 and from beach access 36 towards Diedrichshagen, here you can enjoy the beach life with your darling.

Holiday home on the property:
Large room, kitchen, shower, WC and terrace. Renovated in 2019. Disabled friendly! Car parking space. Bicycle parking, laundry package. In-house physiotherapy.
