Villa am Strand

The two apartements are located in the villa, directly on the beach and invite you to spend a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea all year round.

The two modern equipped apartements extend over two floors and are about 90 m² in size. Each flat has two bedrooms, each with two beds, living room, kitchen, shower/WC and a small balcony. A shared bicycle garage, one free parking space per flat directly at the house and WiFi complete the comfortable equipment of the Warnemünde apartments at the Baltic Sea beach.

In the interest of our guests and due to the circumstances of the house community, we ask for your understanding that both holiday flats are non-smoking flats and pets are unfortunately not allowed. The flats are ideally suited for two couples (max. 4 persons - no extra bed), but due to their furnishings are not suitable for children under 12 years of age. The apartments are bookable for at least 7 nights (extension only possible in steps of 7 units/nights), arrival/departure: always -Saturdays- bookable. To the beach only over the dunes, to the indoor swimming pool approx. 5 min. on foot, to the golf course approx. 7 min. by car.
